Dominitrice "Dee" McCalley

Dominitrice “Dee” McCalley is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Dee Butterfly Effect, LLC, a consulting and strategic support firm dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations build strong operational foundations and impactful community programs. With over 20 years of professional experience, Dee brings a strong background in program management, restorative justice, community engagement, legal support, and organizational development.

Dee holds a college degree and graduate-level academic experience and has served in leadership roles within higher education, nonprofit organizations, corporate organizations, and community initiatives, including work in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and program operations. Through Dee Butterfly Effect, she partners with nonprofits, schools, community organizations, and public entities to strengthen systems, develop programs, and support sustainable growth.

She is also an author, mentor, and community collaborator, and a proud mother of three adult children. Dee is passionate about empowering others through leadership, resilience, faith, and transformation while helping organizations turn vision into meaningful community impact.

Community Outreach Coordinator

Jannie McCalley-Davis

Jannie has been with Dee Butterfly Effect since the beginning of its operations, supporting event planning, administration, serving the community, and assisting on demand as needed. She serves as Community Outreach Coordinator, where she plans, coordinates, and executes all program-related events, including information sessions, employer engagement events, and community showcases. She manages vendor relationships, venue logistics, and event materials and serves as the Outreach Person to maximize attendance and community impact.

Jannie has a diverse background spanning factory work, freelance maintenance, community outreach, event planning, clinical support, and service industries. After completing her studies at Computer Systems Institute to become a Medical Assistant, she worked at Physical Physicians for several years, accompanying doctors on home visits to care for patients in their residences. Her career has included roles in safe passage, Taco Bell, home health services, maintenance, clinic work, bartending, cleaning, and volunteer efforts.

She is a mother of three. She believes deeply in giving back to her community, loves watching neighborhoods grow and prosper, and lives by the principle of doing unto others as she would have them do unto her. Her commitment to service and ability to connect with people from all walks of life make her an invaluable asset to Dee Butterfly Effect events and initiatives.
